Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. We enjoyed a turkey dinner here at home. I love to cook and watch the parade on TV. We ate our meal fast so we could make it to the movies. We went to two movies at the dollar theater. We saw Polar Express and National Treasure. I liked them both. Polar Express was kind of different , but very touching at the end. Nick Cage picked up on the clues kind of fast in National Treasure, but I enjoyed watching it unfold.
We went shopping in Jacksonville FL yesterday. I don't get to go to a big Mall very often. I always spend too much money; and this time was no different. I love Target and the Mall.

I have had a cold the last couple of days. Yucky. I slept sitting up in bed for a couple of hours last night. I am hoping for better tonight.
I bought a couple of long sleeve (little bit nicer that tshirts but simular) at Wal-Mart. I loved them so I went and bought a couple of more in different colors. It will be hard for Sears Big K Mart to compete. I am interested to see how the new merger works.
I need to get out more with my good digital cameras. I love the pictures that others have taken that I look at daily. ( Hello Terry, since you are probably almost my only visitor . I guess I am hoping that the angels in heaven are recording all this for me) .
Ah.. ah... ahh.. chew... excuse me.

I ate a blizzard from DQ
Yesterday, and to-day too
They were so rich
And both the same
Of Brownie Batter Blizzard fame.

Worked all week. Some for pay and some not. Tuesday I went on a field trip with my daughters second grade class. We went to see a play an hour away. It was Pinocchio. I don't know if I spelled that right or if the spell check will catch it, so forgive me :>. I almost went hoarse talking loudly to kids on the bus. The play was well acted and the kids enjoyed it. We stopped at a park to eat lunch and bathroom break. That was on voting day and the place we bathroomed was a polling place so we had to be quiet inside. I got up early that morning to do my civic duty. I always vote. I want the right to complain if my guys don't win.
Thursday I worked as a parent volunteer at my son's school at their book fair. It was very busy. The kids love to come and spend money there. I love books myself. I bought some stuff for my kids and some for me. Needless to say, I spent too much money , but it was to raise money for the school library.
Allergy season is in full swing again at my house.... enough said... :)
